Our Cappuccino shares a common heritage with our Cafe Latte, but has a more pronounced espresso flavor as the ratio of espresso to steamed milk and microfoam is 1:3. Served in an 8 ounce size only.

Machiatto means "marked" in Italian and this drink offers the highest ratio of espresso to milk. It starts with a double shot of our rich espresso and then is "marked" with a dollop of foamed milk. If you enjoy the rich taste of espresso, but just want a hint of milk, this is the drink for you.

Our roast on this coffee brings out a perfect caramelization of the sugars during the roast process. When it comes to espresso a lot of roasters reach a bit too far into the roast for a typical bitterness and acidity. Our medium roast holds onto the sweetness and the aroma making the classic bitter bite of the espresso sweet and pleasing. Over the years, we had customers ask us why we didn't offer a dark roast. As the 50th anniversary of the Apollo Moon Landing rolled around in 2019, we saw it as the perfect opportunity to debut or our dark roast, which we aptly named, "Moon Landing" (Yeah, we were thinking Pink Floyd's Dark Side of The Moon) It proved popular, but after a couple of years, our daughter pointed out that we had a roast named after the dog, but nothing named after her cats.
